ROSHANN HOOSHMAND, M.D.
Roshann Hooshmand, M.D.

Dr. Roshann Hooshmand attended Boston University School of medicine where she received her MD and Masters in Medical Sciences. Dr. Hooshmand completed her residency in Pediatrics at Massachusetts General Hospital. She was a Chief Resident in Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School and worked as a staff member on the neonatal delivery service.She graduated from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts as a Psychology major. She joined Cape Cod Pediatrics in the spring of 2000. Dr. Hooshmand is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and board certified in General Pediatrics.

Dr. Hooshmand lives in Sandwich with her husband and three children, and has interests in developmental pediatrics, newborn and adolescent medicine. She enjoys spending time with her family, photography and outdoor activities.

Marie Kayton, M.D.
Marie Kayton, M.D.

Dr. Marie Kayton, originally from Cutchogue, New York, graduated from Cornell University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She received her M.D. from St. George's University in 2005 and completed her Pediatric Residency at Stony Brook University Hospital in New York. Dr. Kayton joined Cape Cod Pediatrics in 2009.

Dr. Kayton is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is a member of the Massachusetts Medical Society. She has hospital privileges at Falmouth Hospital.

Dr. Kayton lives in East Falmouth and enjoys the beach and shopping.

ANN DEWEER AVILES, M.D.
Ann Deweer Aviles, M.D.

Dr. Ann Deweer Aviles received her Bachelor of Science at Brown University and her Doctrine of Medicine at Washington University School of Medicine. She did her internship and residency at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Ann Deweer Aviles joined Cape Cod Pediatrics in 2003. Dr. Deweer Aviles resides in East Sandwich with Dr. Victor Aviles and 3 children.

Andrew Bonwit, M.D.

Dr. Andrew Bonwit graduated from Rutgers-Camden College of Arts and Science with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He earned his Doctor of Medicine at Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.  He trained in Pediatrics and then in Pediatric Infectious Diseases at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. He was also an attending physician in Pediatric Infectious Diseases there, and then at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood Illinois.

Dr. Bonwit joined CCP in February 2022. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and is board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatrics Infectious Diseases. His professional and clinical interests include Lyme and other tick-borne diseases, vaccines, infection prevention and control, and wise use (stewardship) of antibiotics.

Dr. Bonwit lives in Dennis with his wife and two children. He served in the U.S.  Marine Corps. He enjoys hiking, biking the Cape Cod Rail Trail and reading history.

Randa Reitman, M.D.

Dr. Randa Reitman graduated from Brown University with a Bachelors of Art degree; as well as her Doctrine of Medicine.  She worked at Boston Medical Center for 25 years before joining Cape Cod Pediatrics.

Dr. Reitman joined CCP in July of 2021.

Dr. Reitman is enjoying living on the Cape with all of nature; hiking, walking on the beach, paddle boarding and canoeing.

Tracie Moulton, RN, MSN, CPNP, PMHS

RN, MSN, CPNP, PMHS

Tracie Moulton, originally from Arlington Heights, IL graduated in 1980 from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. In 1985 she received her Master of Science in Nursing Management. Tracie worked in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit as a staff nurse, transport nurse and nurse manager and has taught classes in care of newborns.

In 2012 she received her Post Master's Certificate as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from The Catholic University of America in Washington DC, and was certified as a Pediatric Mental Health Specialist in 2013. Tracie joined Cape Cod Pediatrics in June of 2015. Her areas of clinical interest include developmental and behavioral pediatrics; and child and adolescent mental health.

Tracie is a member of NAPNAP and is certified through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.

Courtney Halloran,
RN, MS, CPNP

Courtney Halloran graduated from Providence College in 2013 with a Bachelors in Biology, as well as from MGH Institute of Health Professions with a Bachelors in Nursing and a Masters in Nursing in 2016. Before coming to CCP, Courtney worked at Shriners Hospital and Village Pediatrics.

Courtney joined our practice in December of 2023. Her areas of professional interests are injury prevention, burn management, and sleep. Courtney is certified through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.

Courtney enjoys reading, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.

Brittany Bayne,
DNP, CPNP-PC

Brittany Bayne graduated Quinnipiac University with a Bachelors in Science in 2017; as well as from Boston College with a Masters in Nursing in 2021 and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice-Pediatrics in 2023. Before coming to CCP, Brittany worked at Connecticut Children's Medical Center ER, Yale New Haven Bridgeport Hospital ER, and Mount Auburn Hospital Intensive Care/Step Down unit.

Brittany joined our practice in December of 2023. Her professional interests are preventative care, newborn, and adolescent medicine. She is affiliated with NAPNAP and Sigma Theta Tau National Nurses Honor Society. Brittany is also certified with the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.

Brittany enjoys photography, hanging with her rescue pup Dewey, and spending time with her family.

Judy Duarte, RN, MS, CPNP

Judy M. Duarte, originally from New Bedford, Massachusetts, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southeastern Massachusetts University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. She received her Master of Science in Ambulatory Care of Children from Boston College in 1993. She worked as a registered nurse at Children's Hospital Boston and served as a clinical instructor for the University of Massachusetts School of Nursing.

Judy joined Cape Cod Pediatrics as a certified pediatric nurse practitioner in 1994.

She is a member of NAPNAP and certified through the ANCC.

Judy has a special interest in foreign adoptions and asthma. She has volunteered at Camp Sunshine in Maine, a camp which benefits children with life-threatening illnesses.

She resides in the South Shore area with her son and pug and enjoys the beach, outdoor activities, and time with her family.

Devin Parker,
MSN, CPNP-PC

Devin Parker graduated from Merrimack College in 2016 with a Bachelor in Arts in Psychology and with a minor in Elementary Education with Moderate Disabilities.  In 2017, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Regis College. Before coming to CCP, Devin worked at Peds First Pediatrics in New York, as well as, McLean Hospital with Adolescent PHP, Residential Treatment and Inpatient Care.

Devin joined Cape Cod Pediatrics in December of 2021. Her areas of professional interest are mental health and preventative care.

Devin is a member of NAPNAP, ANA, and is certified through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.

Devin enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new places with her therapy dog Chloe and puppy Cooper (especially beaches) and binge watching true crime documentaries.

Meagan Santos, MS, CPNP

Meagan Santos, originally from Michigan, graduated from Cape Cod Community College nursing program in 1995. She worked for several years as an RN before getting her Master's Degree and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner License from Northeastern University in Boston in 2008. She joined Cape Cod Pediatrics in July of 2008. Meagan is a member of NAPNAP and licensed through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.

Meagan spent summers here as a child and now has lived on Cape Cod for 22 years. She lives on the Lower Cape with her husband and three children. She enjoys the beach, running and traveling.

Katie Wilby
Katie Wilby,

In 2010, Katie Wilby graduated from Bryant University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Katie also received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the MGH Institute of Health Professionals in 2012. In 2019, Katie was awarded a Masters of Science in Nursing from Simmons University. Prior to joining Cape Cod Pediatrics in 2020, Katie worked as a Nurse Practitioner at Boston Children’s Hospital Department of Anesthesiology, Critical Care and Pain Management and as a pediatric nurse for nine years at the Pediatric ICU at Connecticut Children’s Hospital and the Cardiac ICU at Boston Children’s Hospital. Katie also spent time as a travel nurse, school health nurse and taught at the University of Massachusetts and Northeastern University schools of nursing.

Katie is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Katie loves spending time with her husband and two black labs, visiting the beach and spending time with her family which includes her eleven nieces and nephews.

Danielle Millette, LICSW, MSW, MPA

Danielle Millette joined Cape Cod Pediatrics in December of 2023. Danielle graduated from Boston University with a Master of Social Work in 2003 and from Suffolk University with a Master of Public Administration in 2019.  She will earn her Doctorate of Social Work from Simmons University in August of 2024. Before coming to CCP, Danielle worked more then 25 years in Child Protection in Massachusetts  and England.

Danielle is currently an adjunct professor at Simmons University. Her area of research is child protection and she is currently developing training and curriculum in this area.
