ATTENTION MASSHEALTH CONNECTOR FAMILIES

Dear Cape Cod Pediatrics Families,

If you are currently enrolled or are considering enrolling with a Tufts Health Direct Health Insurance Plan that is offered through the Massachusetts Health Connector, Cape Cod Pediatrics will NO LONGER BE AN IN-NETWORK FACILITY effective January 1, 2025.

What should you do BEFORE January 1, 2025?

  • If you are currently enrolled in a Tufts Health Direct Health Insurance plan through the Massachusetts Health Connector, you should receive a notification from Point32Health stating that your plan is NO longer an in-network plan effective January 1, 2025 with Boston Children's, PPOC and Cape Cod Pediatrics.
  • Choose an IN-NETWORK plan during the Massachusetts Health Connector Open Enrollment Period, which is November 1, 2024 to January 23, 2025.
